THE OCTAGON NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATIONAbout UsThe Octagon Neighborhood Association was formed
in 1979 by the residents of
this community and other dedicated individuals as a non-profit organization, lawfully
created within the State of New York. The general boundary for TONA is Eveleth
Road to Merrick Blvd. to Leslie Road, to 180 St. & 180 St. to Eveleth Road.
The Streets are: The organization functions exclusively for the promotion of social welfare by promoting the common good and general welfare of the people of our community. Our purpose is also to protect the interest of home owners and residents, within the general neighborhood, to cooperate with local, state and federal agencies in obtaining support for community projects and programs for the betterment of our community. Our MeetingsOur monthly meetings are held on the second Tuesday of every month at St. Catherine of Sienna Church Hall, located at 118-22 Riverton St. (off Farmers Blvd.) at 7:30 pm sharp.
