Springfield Meadow Estates Homeowners
Association, Inc. (SMEHA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving
the community of Springfield Meadow Estates, Springfield Gardens and its
surrounding areas. SMEHA is made up of 42 homeowners, whose homes are located at
the corner of Guy R. Brewer Boulevard and the South Conduit Avenue. For further
