Association Inc. has Membership DriveWe are committed to the enhancement, preservation and progress of our community by participating in the educational and the economical development of this community. If you are not a member please consider joining us during our current membership drive and bring a friend and a neighbor with you. Dues is only $20 per year per family or organization. You can mail your payment to St. Albans Civic Improvement Association Inc. P.O. Box 120561 St. Albans NY 11412 You can also pay your dues at one of our monthly meetings.
